Jareesh Crushed wheat simmered gently with spices and topped with sautéed onions, offering a comforting and authentic Najdi taste. 4. Saleeg Creamy rice cooked in broth and milk, finished with butter and served with your choice of grilled or roasted chicken. 5. Sambosa Trio Golden fried pastries filled with spiced meat, vegetables, or cheese — a classic Saudi appetizer. 6.
