What you will do

Jawahr Allahib is a loving mother and an active family consultant in global and local communities who speaks different languages. The house contains a beautiful home garden. During this experience, you will enjoy a meaningful conversation with the host while trying different flavors from all around Saudi. Menu A main dish from one of these dishes: From the Najd region: Saudi Kabsa (rice with chicken with special spices from the Najd region) From the Eastern Region: Damamiya rice (rice with chicken with special spices from the Eastern Region) From the Western Region: Saliq (rice, broth, milk, butter) appetizers: Green salad Meat samosa (dough stuffed with meat) Maabouj Hasawi (hot sauce made from vegetables) Side dishes: Solted Masabib (flour, sugar, oil, onions) Jareesh (wheat, meat stock, milk, butter) Hasawi Mufaliq (wheat cooked with seafood, chicken or lamb pieces) Vegetable Salona (a dish of assorted vegetables)

My name is Jawaher Al-Laheeb, I am a loving mother and an active member in several charities and international committees. , and a certified trainer from the General Organization for Vocational and Technical Training. I adore my country and breathe its soil, I joined Hihome as a host to introduce visitors and tourists to the beauty and generosity of my country and its culture.

Thank you Mrs Jawahrs and her family, I had a very pleasant iftar dinner in their lovely garden where Mrs Jawahrs planted different flowers and herbs. Mrs Jawahrs is a loving. devoted mother who enjoys cooking, gardening, cultural exchange and meeting people. Cheerful, sweet and full of energy, she prepared all types of sambosa (meat, chicken, cheese ) which is my No.1 must-eat food in Saudi. Crispy outside and meaty, juicy inside, Saudi sambosa is arguably one of my good reasons for having Ramadan right here in the Kingdom. It was such a pleasure to spend an evening with her and her wonderful family. A loving mother gives great children. What a happy home with positive vibe. I was so happy to meet her eldest son and his wife, her second son and the youngest daughter. Together we had a deep conversation about Saudi culture, tradition, travel, food and society. They are really sweet and kind. At the end Mrs Jawahrs kindly gave me a beautiful handmade gift and Zam Zam water to take home. I am really grateful for this visit. Thank you so much.
